I have had 8 sessions so far. What has changed for me since starting Neurofeedback. Daily anxiety used to be an 8 on a scale of 1-10 and now it is a 3 or 4 which is much more manageable. Sleep used to be 2-3 hours per night. On the sixth session, I began sleeping 7-8 hours per night and it remains consistent. I was able to go off my sleep medications which I have been on for several years. Panic attacks were 2-3 times per week, now they are once maybe every other week. I used to take an anxiety medicine as needed 1 per day, and now I have only needed my anxiety medication 1 time over the last 5 weeks. My partner noticed that my train of thought is more put together and less scattered. I noticed I am also able to retain short term memory when in the past it was a struggle. Neurofeedback is awesome and I think everyone should do it. J.D.
